Mr. Sheen is our principal attorney at JD GLOBAL LAW FIRM. He is a
graduate of University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he
received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Psychology. Mr. Sheen received his Doctor of Law Degree from Cal Western School of Law in San Diego, California.

Mr. Sheen is licensed to practice law before all California State Courts as well as United States Federal District Courts and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal. He is an active member of the California State Bar, American Immigration Lawyers Association, Asian American Bar Association, Associations of International Business Lawyers, Better Business Bureau, Fremont Chamber of Commerce, Citizens for Better Community, CBC Toast Masters Club, and Fremont Rotary International. He was also a member of American Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Bar Association of San Francisco, Barristers Club of San Francisco, Alameda County Bar, and County Bar of Los Angeles.

Mr. Sheen is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese. He has represented clients ranging from multi-national companies to mid-sized and small companies as well as individuals undergoing the U.S. immigration process. Mr. Sheen is a frequent guest speaker for local schools, businesses, and community organizations on various
subjects on immigration, business law, family law & estate planning.

Mr. Sheen has been quoted by the SAN JOSE MERCURY NEWS in its bi-weekly columns. He has written articles for THE FREMONT BUSINESS REVIEW and many law journals. He has been interviewed by Channel 26 KTSF, NTDTV, and KCNS-TV 38 on various legal and community service related subjects. He was recently interviewed by Sing Tao Radio Station (96.1FM) and shared his community services involvement and experience. Mr. Sheen was also featured in the CHINESE CONSUMER YELLOW PAGES among the most successful Asian-American professionals in Northern California.
