TN Visa for NAFTA Professionals

What is a TN visa?

The TN non-immigrant visa classification allows qualified Canadian and Mexican citizens or nationals to seek temporary entry into the U.S. to engage in business activities at a professional level. This visa was derived from The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), which created special economic and trade relationships for the United States, Canada and Mexico.
